Mentorbox.com is the online home of Mentorbox, a new monthly delivery service which promises people a new delivery of an amazing educational box filled with filled with information on “the topics that interest you most.”
How Does It Work?
According to their website, the goal of Mentorbox was to connect people with incredible mentors from all different areas and walks of life that have personal curated educational boxes based on practical themes.
Mentorbox says that they comb reviews, read research papers, and work with a panel of advisors in order to ensure that they choose the right mentors to work on their boxes, so their members are getting a high quality box each time.
Each box is filled with lessons, including materials like Educational Videos, Memory Retention Booklets, and Cheat Sheets, all designed to help you quickly absorb and then retain the concepts of each box. The boxes also include corresponding reference books which are included so that members can dig deeper into the topics they love the most.
Their website says that they understand that most people are very busy, whether with family, friends, jobs, or anything else in their life, which is why they have worked hard to make sure that their boxes can be thoroughly enjoyed in just ten minutes of study time per day.
Currently this company is running a promotion which allows new customers to sign up for their service for the discounted price of $89.00, which will last the entire time you maintain your subscription. The website says that the regular retail price of this box will be $169.00.
This website does say that they provide their customers with a 30 day Refund Policy, which states that customers who are able to return their full box and all its content in new, unused condition and in its original packaging will be eligible to return their box with a receipt during the first 30 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 30 days have passed since the date of delivery, unfortunately they will not be able to process any returns or provide any refunds. If you receive a box that includes a damaged or defective item, you can contact their Customer Service team by email and they will arrange an exchange of the damaged item for you.

Unfortunately it does not appear that there are many customer reviews for this product at this time, nor is there much information on the previous boxes that have been issued by this company, outside of the box provided by Tai Lopez which does appear to have positive reviews.
One of the concerns about this box, however, seems to be the cost. It is a high monthly cost for a box where customers never really know what they are going to receive and can’t provide any input on the type of boxes that would help them most, as some customers may be interested in topics regarding starting or expanding their own business, while others might be more interested in topics regarding personal finances or love and relationships.
Perhaps as this company evolves and grows they’ll allow their members more input on what types of boxes they’ll receive and then they’ll be more appropriate for a wider audience. Until then, they may not be suited for everyone.

I have requested from Bianca, the Program Manager, to cancel both my accounts, Entrepreneur Academy and Mentorbox, on Aug 10 and I'm still being charged for Mentorbox till today! Even though I mentioned to Bianca that I never had the option to cancel online bc my subscriptions page was blank as you can see from these screenshots:
She insisted that I had that option to cancel and she didn't refund the 2 months worth of membership of both Entrepreneur Academy and Mentorbox! On top of that, I'm now checking my credit card statements and I am still being charged $7 every month! I called customer service number and no one ever answers!
Stay far away from mentor Box. I enjoyed their content but they tried to charge me for the full package when I only signed up for the $7/month. They kept on charging my card and I got fines. I cancelled my account on 22 August only to receive more fines because they kept on billing me. They only responded to my emails AFTER I was able to get hold of the CEO on facebook. It was apparently cancelled but they only cancelled it when I got into a fight with one of their inept representatives on Facebook. I was able to access my program until 5 September despite it being cancelled on the 22 of August. They also claimed that they responded to my emails but never did. They also had the nerve to say thanks for trying us out. Their staff do not speak professionally to customers and act as if you are at fault and wasting their time. For a company that preaches customer service and respecting the individual to their flock they fail dismally at customer service.
I signed up for a free 3 day trial and tried to cancel it before the trial ran out. I could not figure out how to cancel on the app or the internet so I looked for a number. The number I called will let you wait for about 7 minutes and then says we are sorry you were not able to reach us at this time. I’ve tried this a couple of times and it won’t work. Now I am stuck with a 89 dollar bill and they charged me for another 59 dollars...

I was browsing this and thinking about doing the 3 day FREE trial. I had gone so far as entering my credit card, however, I DID NOT get to the full check out and I changed my mind and closed out of everything.
Much to my surprise, my 3 day FREE trial that I didn’t even fully finish checking out and billing turned into a $199.00 charge on my debit card.
I am disabled, unable to work a regular job outside the home, so I’m always looking for a leg up to get side hustles to work from home. I originally thought this might help but then couldn’t justify the costs.
Watch out for Mentorbox. They will steal your money!
