According to their website, the goal of Mentorbox was to connect people with incredible mentors from all different areas and walks of life that have personal curated educational boxes based on practical themes.
Mentorbox says that they comb reviews, read research papers, and work with a panel of advisors in order to ensure that they choose the right mentors to work on their boxes, so their members are getting a high quality box each time.
Each box is filled with lessons, including materials like Educational Videos, Memory Retention Booklets, and Cheat Sheets, all designed to help you quickly absorb and then retain the concepts of each box. The boxes also include corresponding reference books which are included so that members can dig deeper into the topics they love the most.
Their website says that they understand that most people are very busy, whether with family, friends, jobs, or anything else in their life, which is why they have worked hard to make sure that their boxes can be thoroughly enjoyed in just ten minutes of study time per day.
Currently this company is running a promotion which allows new customers to sign up for their service for the discounted price of $89.00, which will last the entire time you maintain your subscription. The website says that the regular retail price of this box will be $169.00.
This website does say that they provide their customers with a 30 day Refund Policy, which states that customers who are able to return their full box and all its content in new, unused condition and in its original packaging will be eligible to return their box with a receipt during the first 30 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 30 days have passed since the date of delivery, unfortunately they will not be able to process any returns or provide any refunds. If you receive a box that includes a damaged or defective item, you can contact their Customer Service team by email and they will arrange an exchange of the damaged item for you.

Unfortunately it does not appear that there are many customer reviews for this product at this time, nor is there much information on the previous boxes that have been issued by this company, outside of the box provided by Tai Lopez which does appear to have positive reviews.
One of the concerns about this box, however, seems to be the cost. It is a high monthly cost for a box where customers never really know what they are going to receive and can’t provide any input on the type of boxes that would help them most, as some customers may be interested in topics regarding starting or expanding their own business, while others might be more interested in topics regarding personal finances or love and relationships.
Perhaps as this company evolves and grows they’ll allow their members more input on what types of boxes they’ll receive and then they’ll be more appropriate for a wider audience. Until then, they may not be suited for everyone.

Nice idea but horrible customer service.
I had questions regarding my subscription and called twice. As a result I reached out through Facebook messager. Very rude and condensending person on other side. Horrible customer service. There are other services that do the same.
SOME PEARLS OF WISDOM for would-be purchasers
The ONLY way this is going to work for the consumer is to INSIST that you will not be providing credit/debit card details to these companies and that YOU will be the one to initiate payment from YOUR END and from YOUR BANK. That way, if you're not happy, you can stop payment at any time. If WE ALL insisted on doing it this way, there would be no scams. DON'T GIVE YOUR FINANCIAL CONTROL AWAY TO ANYONE
Oh, and it's MUCH CHEAPER to go join your local library and borrow some really good books yourself and just read. Set up a support group of like-minded thinkers and get together if you like. Cost: Almost nothing. Keep your money in YOUR bank, not someone else's.
Not responding to my mail! Beware!
They haven't responded to any of my mail. I signed-up for 3 days free trial but I was accidentally accept to join their another annually program. Once I noticed I send email to them to refund my money back and remove my account from mentorbox. Nobody reply my email and not sure if I can get my money back. Who are considering to try their services please do not!!.
I signed up for a $9.99 monthly plan and see I have been charged that plus $59 and another $89. How is this even possible. there is no help desk on their site and no "my account".
I need to cancel this subscription and get a refund of over $100 but have no idea how to.
Best thing ever
I love this product. So far I have finished around 20 books using this platform. Two suggestions: keep books in order they were added and allow users to submit a rating so that they can prioritize.
